| Review: | Best domain registrar I've been with They had a special offer, $0.00 for the first year, and $6.99 yearly after that. It's been almost two years and I haven't had any troubles with DNS delays, slow customer support, etc. The only thing they lack are great features in their slow control panel. Other than that, their prices for registering DOMAIN NAMES are unbeatable!!! Their webhosting I have not tried because there were better alternatives that I preferred. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Horrible hidden charges They didn't send me an invoice for my domain name and CANCELLED my services with them because I didn't pay. I repeat, they DID not email an invoice which they USUALLY have been doing for the past 2 years. So I try to re-register the domain and they want to charge me $125 to reclaim it. Just wow......total idiots Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Awesome Service They offer excellent customer service and their interface is so simple to use. While they do charge more than some companies, it comes down to getting what you paid for. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Horrible Service Using their web-based control panel, it is possible to do most of what you want. If you ever need to do something not offered through that control panel, heaven help you. My saga: April 27th: mark my domain for transfer to a new domain. April 28th: update my contact email for my domain through the control panel. I received an automated response that it would be in whois w/in 24 hours. April 30th: call support, told incident "escallated" w/in "that department." Told to wait 24-48 hours for whois to be updated. May 2, 4, 5: emails to support detailing problem and requesting status met with, "I'm sure they're working on it." May 8: call support. Told incident "escallated" w/in "that department." Absolute refusal to let me speak with a manager despite the fact that I was told *exactly* the same thing I was told 2 weeks prior. Told to wait 24-48 hours for whois to be updated. I have not received emails in 2 weeks and am beginning to think I just lost my domain. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Noway Hostway They don't always send auto renewal notices. They take 3 to 6 days to reply to support ticket/emails. @ registration or transfer of domains, they place themselves as the Tech contact and one must contact(?) them to change it - this takes days. When transferring domains to them, 3 out of 6 failed and after 6 days, they respond with "it must have got hung up somewhere." Transferring out takes a minimum of (so far as I write this) 5 days and holding. Tech support(!?) rarely answers any question and never responds to more than one question per ticket/email. On the positive side, their GUI is better than most - but very s l o w, and often hangs. I say No Way to Hostway. Comments [ 0 ] |
