| Review: | Horrible Service Using their web-based control panel, it is possible to do most of what you want. If you ever need to do something not offered through that control panel, heaven help you. My saga: April 27th: mark my domain for transfer to a new domain. April 28th: update my contact email for my domain through the control panel. I received an automated response that it would be in whois w/in 24 hours. April 30th: call support, told incident "escallated" w/in "that department." Told to wait 24-48 hours for whois to be updated. May 2, 4, 5: emails to support detailing problem and requesting status met with, "I'm sure they're working on it." May 8: call support. Told incident "escallated" w/in "that department." Absolute refusal to let me speak with a manager despite the fact that I was told *exactly* the same thing I was told 2 weeks prior. Told to wait 24-48 hours for whois to be updated. I have not received emails in 2 weeks and am beginning to think I just lost my domain. |

| Review: | Noway Hostway They don't always send auto renewal notices. They take 3 to 6 days to reply to support ticket/emails. @ registration or transfer of domains, they place themselves as the Tech contact and one must contact(?) them to change it - this takes days. When transferring domains to them, 3 out of 6 failed and after 6 days, they respond with "it must have got hung up somewhere." Transferring out takes a minimum of (so far as I write this) 5 days and holding. Tech support(!?) rarely answers any question and never responds to more than one question per ticket/email. On the positive side, their GUI is better than most - but very s l o w, and often hangs. I say No Way to Hostway. |

| Review: | GODADDY SUCKS! WORST REGISTRAR EVER! This company stole our domains, charged us for stuff we didnt order and destroyed our business. Do not ever do business with godaddy. Look at the BBB and sites like nodaddy.com to see how much this place sucks. They sold our best domains from under our feet, profited from our loss. And we owned 750 domains there. Anyone else, not suckdaddy!!! read more at http://www.badspace.com DO NOT USE GODADDY! |

| Review: | friendly service I was a noob in domains at that time so their support helped me A LOT even on topics not directly connected with domain registration and hosting. Their registration interface is one of the simplest (at least it didn't awoke my technophobia:). The prices are moderate and they run different promos on a regular basis, so recently I got 1 more domain there FOR FREE!! :)) Regards, |

| Review: | Do NOT Use Namecheap I tried to transfer a number of domains to namecheap 2+ months ago. One transferred successfully and the others didn't (for unknown reasons). They charged my credit card for all transfers and will not refund it for the untransferred ones. They will not respond to my emails. They have no published phone number at which you can contact them. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Use this company at your own risk!!! |
