| Review: | Best domain registrar I've been with They had a special offer, $0.00 for the first year, and $6.99 yearly after that. It's been almost two years and I haven't had any troubles with DNS delays, slow customer support, etc. The only thing they lack are great features in their slow control panel. Other than that, their prices for registering DOMAIN NAMES are unbeatable!!! Their webhosting I have not tried because there were better alternatives that I preferred. Comments [ 4 ] |

| Review: | Horrible Service Using their web-based control panel, it is possible to do most of what you want. If you ever need to do something not offered through that control panel, heaven help you. My saga: April 27th: mark my domain for transfer to a new domain. April 28th: update my contact email for my domain through the control panel. I received an automated response that it would be in whois w/in 24 hours. April 30th: call support, told incident "escallated" w/in "that department." Told to wait 24-48 hours for whois to be updated. May 2, 4, 5: emails to support detailing problem and requesting status met with, "I'm sure they're working on it." May 8: call support. Told incident "escallated" w/in "that department." Absolute refusal to let me speak with a manager despite the fact that I was told *exactly* the same thing I was told 2 weeks prior. Told to wait 24-48 hours for whois to be updated. I have not received emails in 2 weeks and am beginning to think I just lost my domain. Comments [ 0 ] |
