They don't always send auto renewal notices. They take 3 to 6 days to reply to support ticket/emails. @ registration or transfer of domains, they place themselves as the Tech contact and one must contact(?) them to change it - this takes days. When transferring domains to them, 3 out of 6 failed and after 6 days, they respond with "it must have got hung up somewhere." Transferring out takes a minimum of (so far as I write this) 5 days and holding.
Tech support(!?) rarely answers any question and never responds to more than one question per ticket/email.
On the positive side, their GUI is better than most - but very s l o w, and often
