Do NOT Use Namecheap
I tried to transfer a number of domains to namecheap 2+ months ago. One transferred successfully and the others didn't (for unknown reasons). They charged my credit card for all transfers and will not refund it for the untransferred ones. They will not respond to my emails. They have no published phone number at which you can contact them. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Use this company at your own risk!!! |
